Returns and Refunds

All Sales Are Final.
We do not offer refunds for merchandise. Due to our international sourcing process, items are shipped from our international warehouse to our U.S. warehouse, incurring additional international fees associated with inventory management. As a result, refunds are not permitted.


Order Cancellations

Orders canceled after items have been pulled from our inventory are subject to a $35 restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of reprocessing the items and returning them to inventory.


Exchanges

At The DealZone, we conduct thorough quality checks before shipping items to our customers. However, we will allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Misrepresented Items: If the merchandise you received is defective or was misrepresented in error, you may request an exchange.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
  • Exchange Window: Customers must request an exchange or store credit within 2 days of delivery.
  • Store Credit: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will issue a store credit. This credit can be used for the correct item/size or another item of your choice.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us at info@thedealzone.co within 2 days of delivery to initiate your exchange.
  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.
  4. Once we receive and verify the item, we will issue your store credit.

Shipping

  • We use USPS and UPS for shipping.
  • Once merchandise is handed over to the shipping carrier, The DealZone is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages.
  • Customers are provided with a tracking number for all shipments. For issues with lost or damaged packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • We do not sell or share customer information with third-party companies or vendors.
  • Promotional emails are only sent to customers who have subscribed to our email list.
